Salvatore (‘JR’) has over 30 years experience building and growing startup companies with more than US$50MM in successful exits. He has served as a director on a diverse range of boards, including a former board position for the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He founded Acolyte Industries Inc. in 1996 and grew the company into an award-winning global manufacturer of LED lighting solutions. An avid angel investor, seed investor and advisor for tech, finance and e-commerce startups in China and the United States, JR co-founded NYNJA with Alec Gramont and Marshall Taplits in 2016.

Nikolay Bankov

Experienced software architect and engineering lead with a proven track record of multiple successfully launched products. Strong orientation on mobile application development with hands on management skills and extensive knowledge of all major mobile and desktop platforms.

Sergey Ivanov

Chief Financial Officer
Sergey is an Arthur Andersen trained finance professional. He has auditing and consulting experience in the United States and Russia as well as more than 15 years of experience as CFO in technology, media and IT companies. He also has experience in corporate restructuring, turnarounds, recoveries, post-acquisition integration, M&A, IPO and ICO preparation projects. As an Asia Pacific CFO for Kaspersky Lab, Sergey developed regional businesses and ran back office functions. Sergey earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Business School.

Daniel Beach

Daniel has experience delivering marketing initiatives for high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies across Asia. He founded and grew an inbound marketing agency to 3 global offices, employing 20 staff servicing clients such as China Telecom, AMGOO Telecom, TP-Link and Prudential Insurance. He was a former global marketing director for TP-Link, where he conceptualized and executed global PR and communication strategies that grew the company into the world's largest provider of residential and office Wi-Fi products.

Todd Benoliel

Board of Directors
Todd is an entrepreneur and investor based in Australia. He founded ZORG Industries in 1998, which became a global leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced slow-maneuvering safety solutions, supplying some of the largest distributors and car manufacturers in both the aftermarket and ODM/OEM markets. Prior to ZORG, Todd founded RBuzz, a management services provider for media management and monitoring services for display screen networks.

Howard Bilton

Chairman & Founder, The Sovereign Group
Howard is the chairman and founder of The Sovereign Group, one of the world’s largest privately owned offshore trust and tax advisory consultancies. He is qualified as a barrister in England/Wales and Gibraltar. Howard is also a visiting non-resident professor at Texas A&M University, assisting their LLM and master’s degrees in international tax and offshore centers. Howard formed The Sovereign Art Foundation Limited in 2003, a charity which has raised over $6MM for disadvantaged children using art as a means of rehabilitation and education.

Tony Naughtin

Tony Naughtin has senior executive experience in operating management, business development, and consulting roles. He has been a successful CEO and entrepreneur, and has expertise in developing and executing business models, and driving successful relationships with clients, partners, institutional investors, and analysts.
In 1996, he co-founded Internap Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP), serving as its CEO until August 2001. At Internap he led the company to $125 million in annual revenues in 5+ years, and completed two successful public stock offerings. More recently he has served in senior management, business development, and consulting roles in the cloud, managed services, and business technology ecosystems. Naughtin is highly skilled in advancing opportunities and closing transactions with (or on behalf of) enterprise clients, software providers, consulting firms, MSPs/CSPs, and data center providers. He is currently an independent management consultant providing digital transformation business advisory services to enterprise and service provider clients, as well as consulting and execution assistance to early stage companies needing help with financing strategy, GTM strategy and execution, and planning and hiring for scale and profitability. Naughtin began his career in high performance infrastructure services in the 1990s at NorthWestNet, an original gateway provider to the NSFNET.
Mr. Naughtin has also served as a board director for a variety of companies including Internap, Counterpane Security, (now a subsidiary of BT), GridNetworks, Fine.com and others. He currently serves on the board of the Pacific NW Gigapop. He was a founding director of the Center for Technology and Entrepreneurship at the UW Foster School of Business. Mr. Naughtin started his career as a staff attorney in 1980’s with Cablevision Systems Corporation, and holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Iowa and is a graduate of the Creighton University School of Law.
